How can I pay for my mail-in repair?

Once you have been contacted about your mail-in repair, you can pay by phone, using a credit card, money order or PayPal.

What kind of warranty do I get with my repair?

All of our repairs come with a lifetime guarantee on the part and our work. (This excludes water damage.)

Can I mail you my device to be repaired?

We accept mail-in repairs at all locations, but they must be accompanied by a mail-in repair form from our website. Once a store receives your device, you will be notified by phone or email regarding the status. We will cover the cost of standard shipping to return your device. Should I back up my device before getting it repaired?

It is recommended that you back up your device before a repair. We are not responsible for any data you might lose due to the repair process. In some cases, your device may require a reset or restore to its factory settings to complete the repair process. This can erase all or partial data on your device.

Why am I asked to leave the password for my device?

A repair technician will need the password to test the device after each repair. This helps ensure that your device is fully tested and functional after the repair process. Leaving the password for your device is optional and not required. Your information is private and will never be viewed or used for any reason.

Should I keep my device(s) accessories with me?

Before dropping off your device for repair, we recommend that you remove any SIM card, SD card, case or any other kind of accessories from your device. Staymobile is not responsible for lost cards or accessories.

Can I bring in my own part for my repair?

Yes. However, any repair service done using a part not provided by Staymobile will not be covered under the Staymobile Lifetime Guarantee.
